The Biochemistry Association Zurich (BiocZ) has set itself the goal of connecting students of all graduation levels as well as people with a biochemistry background in Zurich and bringing them together as a network. The BiocZ wants to establish a close relationship with industry and academia and give students and alumni the opportunity to gain an insight into various areas of biochemistry through events and activities. The focus is on various career or professional opportunities, as well as to open up perspectives that the study of biochemistry brings forth. We offer a networking platform to establish contacts and opportunities to discover the various spheres of biochemistry. It is also important to us to involve new students of biochemistry and to generate a contact point for them, as well as to promote an active exchange in the academy and current research.
In short - we want a denser network for exchange and contacts in biochemistry, that's what BiocZ stands for.
