BIOSOPHIE - a fusion between biology and philosophy
What are the rights of animals? Is our consciousness something different from the neurons in our brain? Are there things we are not allowed to explore? We ask ourselves these and other questions at the intersection of philosophy and biology. After a short introduction to a topic, we discuss questions that are exciting for both subjects. The introduction will be given either by students or lecturers. We usually meet in the evening for a beer and snacks. Everyone is welcome, previous education does not matter!
