rootlinks is a not-for-profit organisation that empowers students to become changemakers for sustainability.
The semester-long rootlinks programme is open to students from all five Zurich higher-education institutions (UZH, ETH, ZhdK, ZHAW and PHZH). In interdisciplinary teams, the students solve real-world sustainability challenges, accompanied by a training and mentoring programme. They are able to train skills for effecting change, discover new career options in sustainability, and build a network of friends and like-minded people.
Thanks to the Patronat of the UZH Impulsfabrik, rootlinks is able to advertise and organise events at UZH in order to reach as many of its students possible with the rootlinks programme.
rootlinks has been under the patronage of the VSUZH Impulsfabrik since 2020.
